Venetian Cove Club is a 6 story midrise building built in 1977.  It consists of 60 units; 24-3 bedroom units and 36-2 bedroom units. Rentals are permitted one time a year for a minimum of 3 months. The residents of VCC, whether full time, seasonal or renters, enjoy many social events typical of a friendly, vibrant community.  Most activities are seasonal, weather permitting and include the following; monthly parties, Book Club, ROMEO’S (Retired Old Men Eating Out), and periodic game events such as Mah-jongg and Rummikub.  Additionally, many residents enjoy boating, kayaking and bicycling. Most evenings during the season there is an informal happy hour in the BBQ area which is open to everyone.   There are also opportunities to participate in governance through participation in the Board of Directors and serving on various committees. No matter how active you are or where your interests lie, the VCC community has something for everyone.
